She studied BA in Visual Arts and an MA in Art History at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Since 1995 she is Professor of Visual Education in the Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas - UNAM, where she now also heads the Contemporary Painting Seminar.
The young artist Diana Salazar, is a full visual artist, she is working in the middle of multi-craft programmes, mixing photography, painting and digital arts.
Diana leads to the picture plane instantly existentiality objects and living beings, closely allied to natural phenomena by evanescent exaltation of its transience.
